🔁 Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

• Item must be in resellable condition

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items

• Customized or altered dresses

• Gift cards

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📌 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@gowngleam.com.
